The breakfast options rock! I loved the make-your-own waffle station. The room was nice, but the refrigerator was super noisy making it tough to sleep. 😅

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. I loved the spacious and comfy room equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The indoor pool was a nice bonus for relaxation. Breakfast was impressive, with a great selection, especially the make-your-own waffles that I enjoyed every morning. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, offering an upgrade when our original room was still being cleaned. However, there were a couple of hiccups. I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking. Also, there were moments when noise from the air conditioning unit disrupted my sleep. Despite these minor inconveniences, I felt safe and well taken care of. I would definitely consider returning.

The property feels outdated!!! The bathtub had visible chips, the sofa is worn, and there are no USB ports for charging anywhere!!! The TV setup was confusing and the volume barely audible even at max!!! The refrigerator was a nuisance at night!!!

The room I reserved had two full-size beds instead of the promised queens, which was a letdown. The pool remained closed throughout my entire stay, and breakfast options left much to be desired, including an empty juice machine and no alternative drinks provided. The remote control in my room malfunctioned and required a swap, further interrupting the stay.

It was just a suitable option for a passing visit in Bentleyville with very good value for money. The front desk staff was quite helpful and made sure I had everything I needed during my short stay. If you're looking for snacks after hours, the small selection near the front desk came in handy.
